If you try to open Babylon for Mac setup file, and get a message that the file can't be opened, please follow the steps below:
1. Close the message, right-click the setup file and choose 'Open'.
2. Click 'Open' in the dialog that appears.
3. Enter your admin name and password to open the app.
If you still can't open the file:
1. Open Apple menu (Apple icon) and go to 'System Preferences' > 'Security & Privacy' > 'General' tab.
2. Under 'Allow apps downloaded from', click 'Open Anyway' to confirm your intent to open or install Babylon setup file.
3. The warning prompt will reappear, and you can click 'Open'.
