Unless stated differently, Babylon Software maintains a 30-day money back guarantee refund policy for its software products.
Please note that refund will be given only if the license was not used.
The refund policy covers both new purchases, renewals and / or upgrades. The 30-day window would apply from the date of the transaction.
Please also note that consumable products such as LingoLearn lessons cannot be refunded if consumed partially or in full.
Any physical product will only be refunded if requested within 30 days and only once the physical product has been returned and verified.
Any requests submitted after the 30 days period are at Babylon’s full discretion.
