In order to check which version of Babylon you are currently using, right-click on the system-tray Babylon icon (it is near the Windows clock; or click up-arrow to show more icons hiding in the hidden area).
Click Help, then click About Babylon. There you can see which Babylon version is installed on your PC.
Starting version 10.0.3, the Babylon version is also exists at the top of Babylon translator main user interface, next to the Babylon logo:
