In order to fix the 'Error 2' issue, please follow the steps below:

Please uninstall Babylon as described in this link, then re-install Babylon by using the instructions found here.


Once the Babylon Translator is loaded:

  • Please ignore any popups in regards to updates/upgrades - as you already have a license.
  • Register your software.
    If you previously purchased any human voices, please allow the software time to download them.
 
Once you complete the above steps, please restart your Babylon.
