If you have an active Monthly or Annual license for Babylon, it simply means that you are using an old and outdated version of Babylon - while you are eligible for the latest version for FREE!

There is no need to pay once again for Babylon as long as your subscription is active.
If you have a lifetime license - It might be that your lifetime license is for an older version of Babylon which is now obsolete. A lifetime license is for the specific major version that was available at the time of purchase. The current version of Babylon is Babylon 11 - code name Babylon NG.
You may choose to keep using the version you purchased for as long as it answers your needs. If you choose to advance and use the new and improved version - upgrade online or leave your details for a representative to call you back and assist you with your upgrade choices.
